So build a stationary base that neighbors a village? and then venture out to find other villages once you render that one dry. By that point, you should have enough materials to survive for a good bit.

Tried to vote on mcserverlist. I put my username in and clicked "vote." vote button changed to "voting..." and has been like that for a couple of hours. Any suggestions?

Mitte90 is a long time player on this server and used to be an OP. He recently started playing again and regained the title of OP. He is not a hacker by any means. Check the list of official OPs next time. :)

or even simpler, a water stream that flows across the border :) I don't see what the problem would be in doing that.

In the short time that i talked to lonesoldier, i have found out that he a one persistent little bastard. He would not stop looking for Eden haha. But really, i think he deserves another chance. He did after all bring the ender pearls to our attention.

Hmm, i always found it weird knowing what people looked like in the real world after playing a game with them for x number of weeks/months. It's like you have a mental image of what you think they may look like, only to find out you were completely wrong haha.

I'm against lowering the difficulty. While doing so would make getting out of spawn A LOT easier, it is still a nice little challenge to do. And with people like eric a.k.a. eggthief helping people everyday get a base set up, it isn't very hard for new players to get out assuming they are willing to...

Perhaps making a section big enough that ender pearls can't reach would do the trick? for example making the boundry 6 blocks deep so it goes from 5000 to 5006? i'm not sure how far ender pearls can go so i just chose a random number, but i hope you get the idea.
