The 5k world boundary is up. It might glitch a bit, if anything weird happens post it here and I'll fix it.
In regards to the nether, portals in the nether will only work within 600 blocks of the nether center, but you will be able to travel 5k blocks into the nether.
Also, I'm sorry for being so absent the past couple days, there have been a lot of posts on the forum, and a lot happening in game, and a lot happening in my real life, so I haven't quite had time to get around everything. But I promise, I will.
