While a link on the main page and an announcement on the forum are a good idea, I think a sing at the spawn could hurt. We don't want random spammers and kids joining the voice chat.

Honestly I don't think random spammers and kids are intelligent enough to use voicechat. How about I make a quick page on the website with the info and a basic tutorial for how to coonect, for peopel who've never used teamspeak before, and then add a line to the motd when you login like See simpvp.net/ts for teamspeak info

frankly i have no idea what's a good or bad chat service. I have very little experience in the matter. But i wouldn't expect yukar to use a pay for chat service.
