Avalon was 90k out, and we fell from within. That's the thing about being that far out, you REALLY have to worry about the people on the inside, rather than outside. If box doesn't invite anyone, you should be fine, but that's what happened with Avalon.

That's the thing....We won't be inviting anyone. The new place is only four member big....and all four members have never caused a problem with "falling from within."
