I was online when he got jailed and also when he was on at the same time on both accounts (and both were eventually jailed at the same time)
Then both were unjailed after some time, which is why they/he is no longer jailed.

A misunderstanding on my part. Obsidian (lizard + dragon) are unjailed.

well obsidian dragons was the one banned for spam. The only reason why lizard may have been jailed or banned would be if he was in on that spamming or is confirmed to be the same person. As i can find no such report or confirmation I have banned dragons but left lizard free. So if there are any charges against obsidianliazrd, speak now or forever hold your piece.

Ok, I didn't take a pic, but I recall him saying he was the same person, and this was his friend's account. guess you'll have to take my word for it.

Let me just say that I don't support administering capital punishments for every crime. If someone spams as a joke, and without the use of spambots, they should be punished by - in my opinion - a temporary ban or jail (for the first offence). We're all people here, I think there's no harm in giving second chances under certain circumstances.

i don't think any one has even accused lizard of spamming. It seems to just be mistaken identity due to the similar names.
