Don't bad mouth others just because noone took your side, the reason i decided to give spencepent a time based jail is because of how he dealt with the situation, he admitted his mistake and apologized. You however just made things worst for yourself by ceaselessly flaming the chat and by acting very immaturely.
And as for your jail time, you will be unjailed within a week. this is the second time you got involve in spamming related case, so think.

Considering this was his second time already, he should be given a permanant punishment. We ban spammers for first time offenses often. Second time is more than enough.

I don't think the first one counted as an offense. If it did he's done that many more times.

Yukar decided against banning, but then he said he'd let the admins decide, to which I do not know what conclusion they came to, I only see that mitte posted he should be given a warning or temp ban. I don't know why then he was jailed for this time but not the others.

For being an owner of a server, Yukar is surprisingly kind. Though he'll ban if you really break the rules. 10/10 admin
