While your flattery is appreciated, it's not necessary.

The reason I am "lingering" is because I wasn't banned from the server. Only jailed. Usually this implies that yes, you are not allowed to physically play, but you are still free to chat on the server.

So no, I am not perma-banned, Lone. I am perma-jailed. Maybe come back once your terming is correct?

Now since I have brought this topic up, Deflow, am I still free to log on and chat or will logging on get me banned?

We don't make any distinction between jailed and banned. If you're already jailed, you can get banned at any time for any reason.
