I can confirm that the base is Unclechain's. I lived there for a few weeks in spring/summer 2013. I made a thread called Pip-Chain Base Discussion to talk about building styles and get input. He doesn't play here much now because of lag, which is a shame cause he's a great builder and just a nice guy in general.

If I recall correctly, that was the one that TLR and his gang raided as we were about to move places. I might be mistaken.

I never took any screenshots of the place, unfortunately.

I discovered this when I was travelling north-eastward recently. It's a whole complex, in fact. Coordinates are {x: 8110, z: −6700}.
