I die from glitches all the time and don't complain. Just deal with it- the game is easy enough. Especially since you weren't actually playing the game when you died.

my thought was pigmen, or pigmans if you'd prefer (not sure what your problem is there), wouldn't have even attacked you unless you started it. So you must've been hitting pigmen if you suspected them of killing you. So it sounds to me like you were fighting with a bad connection and lost. But the whole AFK story makes no sense cuz they wouldn't attack you unless you attacked first.
