I assume this would be a different location each game. But would it be a daily, weekly or monthly thing? a 2 hour window still seems small to me but 3 or 4 seems good. Is there to be an advanced notice to allow people to get into the area and get geared up before the final battle. I kind of see it as like having a day before hand where players will be migrating and camping in that area while also seeking out others camping around in the area. Then the battle will heat up when the unknown deadline aproches and every one starts focusing on the sign.

You're right, 2 hours isn't quite enough. 7 PM to 11 PM, it is.

I'm thinking of doing it at x:1000 - z:1000. x:-1000 - z:1000. x:1000 - z:-1000. and x:-1000 - z:-1000. So they alternate. I'm thinking we have the finale once a week (sunday), and then the locations run in cycles as described above. So people will be able to predict where it's due to happen next time, and so have plenty of time to build all bunch of defensive structures, but at the same time we don't fight at the same place each time.

I'm just gonna finish reading all new forum posts, then I'll write the announcement.

Yeah, several months ago. Xest dominated it and everyone gave up, so it was cancelled.
