Xestia's big treasure hunt

I've just finished the treasure hunt with the above as reward, and so we're ready to start it :D
The treasure hunt will lead you through a series of signs, that will eventually lead you to a chest.
The coordinates you should be able to calculate to will be very exact. Signs are hidden 1 block beneath the surface, to prevent people from randomly finding them.
The hint for the first chest is:
Underworld at 3 100's
