New spawn's no-pvp and all is just because of the construction work, when it's finished it'll be changed so all of spawn is no-pvp, no-reentry.

but reentry is the only reason to have an official spawn site no one will hang around there if they can't go into a protected area. did you ever look at my spawn suggestion i'm just repeating myself and it seems Fo is the only one that understands what i was getting at.

also as far as checking suggestions we have 61% against the limit so let's get that taken out already

Just found someone at spawn try to punch me in the protected area.
After making ~15 punch attempts he said "wtf" and disconnected, I agree that there shouldn't be re-entry to a protected area.
