You are harming people by being there. Clearly, the world boundary is meant to keep people out of wherever you're trying to get, it's a rule of the server. I could throw an enderpearl over the world limit and say, "It's not a glitch, Notch made them to be that way. I'm not hurting anyone." That still wouldn't prove my point.

You're not only keeping yourself away from players wanting to kill you, but you're also blatantly disreguarding the world limit in place there. So stop it.

But if you were to cross the 5k boundary, you would have access to resources unavailable to others. By being up on the platform, I can't go mining for diamonds nobody else can reach.

The reason is that the Authority is too lazy to come up with a reason for their own, so their reason is don't do it because they said so. But really, if the admins don't want you there, don't go there.

Well, I'm just saying there isn't a valid reason. I have nothing to do there, and once I actually get on simplicity chances are I'll get bored and jump soon enough anyways.

Idk, I haven't seen what the new spawn was like. I remember when the spawn was a floating obby block. That was the last time I saw spawn. And lone explained it well enough. It's less about "we don't want you there" and more "we don't want people asking how you got up there. That means people will complain. And you know spawn rats...They fucking bitch"
