It's gotten to the point where they know nothing bad will happen if they get found out. I guess it's good that that is changing.

The final vote comes to 14 yes, 13 no.

Three people have been caught voting more than once, and their extra votes have been disqualified.

FoSchnizzle voted twice in favor. However he did not do it intentionally, and publicly asked for his extra vote to be removed. So he will not be punished, but his extra vote will be removed.
Brntrogdor voted twice against the proposal. As far as we can tell, this was done maliciously. His extra vote is removed, and he will be banned ingame for 1 month.
Mr_Hole_Digger voted four times against the proposal. As far as we can tell, this was also done maliciously. Their 3 extra votes are removed, and they will be banned ingame for 1 month.

All 3 players still get to keep their one original vote.

There was some debate as to whether or not to publish the names of the people who cheated. We came to the consensus that publishing the names would ensure everyone has faith that we (the admins) did not cheat this vote. And that it should be assumed that when you cheat you lose your confidentiality.
