The point you seem to miss is that you're complaining about a unique in-game item that someone apparently "stole" for some reason, however the point remains that you can just make another one.

It's Zhaby's book and he really wants to bargain with whomever the culprit is. I'm simply his friend trying to help out.

Zhaby, how long was the book? It shouldn't be too hard, and honestly a story wont' be that important. Nobody will really care about who wrote it. Also, next time place valuables in an enderchest. much more secure.
