I think a plugin like that would be even more retarded. There's just so many ways to abuse something like that, and it can act up a bit sometimes. Another server I used to play on used that, and it bugged the shit out of everyone.

Combatlogging bugs me a lot more than the plugin Bloop_ mentioned.

Youngs, imagine every time you log out, your body remains where it is, nametag visible, blah blah. And twenty seconds is a long time. It would be more trouble than it's worth, but I'd like to hear Yukar's thoughts.

I think the limit should stay. Otherwise it's basically singleplayer + IRC and lags. Everyone is going to be 100000 blocks away - only "risk" of being detected is when a really determined X-Rayer comes along. Really really f*ing determined one.

BTW Rev, there is no "way it's meant to be played". It's a sandbox game - which means you can play whatever way you want to.

actualy gnat that's how i feel it is meant to be played how ever you want which means a limit keeps you from playing as it's meant to be. A lot's of people have no desire to travel very far personaly i only ended up so far because i went farther every time i was discovered.

I don't see the problem there. If you log out in a dangerous place where in 20 seconds you could die, then you're abusing anyway.

Well id have lots of shit right now if it werent for combat logging...
Yesterday i forced a guy with a diamond chestplate and diamond sword to combat log, via my fist.

I'd be very wealthy if combatlogging didn't exist as well.

Still... I think 20 is a bit harsh it should be you cant attck for 20 sec after you log in
