What is wrong with me is that I have been xrayed 4 times in a month, all because of the limit, and got shitty compensation.

Either you trust the wrong people, or build at obvious coordinates (like 5000, 5000). Maybe I'll build the next base for you? ;) My previous one stood for over 2 months without being detected, and it was 2500 blocks from the spawn. It's probably gone now cuz Ashfaldor got its coords.
BTW - I agree - Xrays should be compensated fully.
