I deleted the ender dragon, and everything seems to be working again.

Server was just offline. It appears there was some kind of error with an ender dragon, I manually removed the ender dragon from the region files, and the server now started.

Server has just been down for about 2 hours due to a mistake with the /requestrestart plugin. Specifically it was possible to request a restart as soon as the server had started, and this triggered the check for infinite starting/crash loop causing the server to not restart. Will fix it and update so players have to wait some time after a restart to restart it again.

We just had the dragon issue again, but it's running now.
