Okay,one last check. When you've downgraded, and you're in the main menu, does it say 1.4.6 or 1.4.7 in the bottom corner?

Yes it said 1.4.6. I have since then switched it back to 1.4.7 seeing how downgrading didn't help.

Can't get onto server!
