However, bots like to search not only for links (already sorted), but also for an at sign (@). Good option if you really need an e-mail here, would be to substituting @ with for example dot (.), underscore (_), dollar sign ($) or other kind of mark.

That should do for most cases.

Website runs over cloudflare, which supposedly hides emails from crawlers, at least it hasn't been spammed yet.
