This link shows him spamming.

That's the kind of spam that usually warents a warning. If you showed a picture with you warning him and then a continuation of spamming i'd've called that good enough. I don't think the warning needs to be from the server, especially if the server isn't on.

He's actually just doing it continuously. If you could go on right now he would probably still be doing it.
