Note : I'm writing his ban appeal for him, because he don't speak english so well.

So, one week ago, my buddy, Hatsuku, from Xoliocraft team did a really stupid thing, he was annoyed by mobs and lag, so he grabbed an xray mod and mined shitloads of emeralds and diamonds.

First of all, I've to say that any Xolio member caught at cheating is excluded immediately, we're not cheaters, and we have some kind of honor sense.
His behaving was greatly punished, and he made us excuses, which were accepted beaucause he's a legit player and a good guy.

Secondly, we played for like 2 months here, we never even logged in with any form of cheating mod. All our diamonds/emeralds were mined with fortune III picks and there his huge mineshafts near our base if you want proofs. It was the first, and last time one of our members ever did something like that.

Finally, if he gets unbanned, he swears to delete ALL the content of his enderchest, wich contains also a lot of legit stuff. He didn't put any cheated item in our chests, infact he was mining really away from our main base ( more than 20k ). To proof our sayings, we'll make a video of him deleting the content of his enderchest into lava, and/or do it in front of an admin.

Thanks for reading this ban appeal, even if he don't gets unbanned, at least I'll have said what I've to say about it, and cleaned the honor of my team.

Not a mod, but I'll just say what they will say.

Your friend broke the one rule that we take very seriously. It doesn't matter if he didn't know that he was breaking the rule. It doesn't matter that your team essentially gave him a slap on the wrist for being a fucking moron. It doesn't matter he was xraying 20k from YOUR base. What does matter is he broke the rules. Don't modify your client, and use that modified client on our server. We strive for the vanilla experience, and when you have modified clients (that are not cleared by our staff) you will be banned. No second chances. No "I didn't know"s. No exceptions. Tell your friend that he is no longer welcome here. Tell the rest of your team that we take hacking/modding/whatever you call it very seriously. And tell your friends what the rules are here on the server.

There is no excuse, if you break the rules of the server, you don't get a second chance, if you don't want to hear it from me, an admin will tell you the same, if you've been here for 2 months then your group should know this rule well. This looked sincere, but it doesn't count for anything, sorry.

Thanks for admiting to the xray that makes appeals much easier. Ban sticks.
