it is still possible to poor lava from above and let it flow into spawn - if you poor water ontop of it stone is generated and cant be removed since the blocks inside the spawn are protected

maybe a a no build buffer zone of a couple spaces

then stop the whole protect spawn shit and make it vanilla

Then it becomes impossible to spawn, but whatever. Actually vanilla spawn protection should work.

if spawn were a platform at max height it would stop it

i poured a bucket of lava above the door and let it spread and removed it again, then i did the same with water and alternated 2 or 3 times - i assume since the lava updates so slow its possible to flow inside the protected area and and gets turned into cobble by water

i'll try it again - but maybe it helps extending the no build zone a few blocks outside the wall - 4 blocks should be enough, since lava only flows that far

yep - worked again, pretty easy this time

1) pour lava bucket above door
2) let it spread and remove the source block
3) let it "sink down"
4) pour water bucket

at 0,63,-29 are 3 unremoveable blocks

you can block the whole door within a minute by this technique - i guess extending the build protection a bit outside should help here.
