The story of blodys: a banned player

A few months ago, my sister blodys was jailed, and later banned.
We never really got to know the reason behind this, but i will explain what happened.

There were 4 of us who first joined the server: me, a friend of mine, blodys, and a friend of hers.
We set out to gather resourser to make the travel through nether and make a nice base right away.
All went well, untill a ghast came shooting at us while we were trying to cross a lave lake.
It endt up killing blodys and her friend, sending them back to spawn where she would spend her last days running around pvping with her friend while waiting for me to come and get her, which wasn't going to happen for a few days.

One day, blodys logged out somewhere in spawn, and when she logged back in the next, the spawn area had changed.
She was trapped within a small pocket of air in what seemed to be some kind of cobble or stone structure.
She had no way of getting out, there wasn't enough room for fall damage, there were no liquids, the area was protected, and I don't believe she could use the /kill command.
So she stayed there, waiting for an admin to find her and tp her to spawn or somehow fix the problem.
I can't remember how long she was stuck there, but I know that when an admin finally appeared, she was indeed tp'd, but to jail.

I don't know if she was given a chance to explain herself, or if she even tried, but we didn't care much back then.
We just set out looking for other servers to play on, and we found quite a few.
However i have later come to play alot on this server, I love the idea of having no mods or map resets and i have yet to find any servers similar to this one.

I can't prove anything i have said in this text, so all i can do is hope that you will believe me and unban blodys
She's the most legitimate type of player you will ever find and she has never used any kind of hack or mod on any server she has ever played on.

I would love to have her back playing with us on this unique server

Our admins have a good track record, but it is possible this might have been one of our now ex-admins. I'm not saying I agree with what you said, nor am I saying I wish to have your sister unbanned, but I'd like to see what one of our admins has to say about this.

Unlikely, only three admins have ever been properly deopped, one quit voluntarily and the two others were both deopped and banned well over a year ago.

I'm on my phone atm, but I'll check the logs for what happened when I get home.

I banned blodys myself - as far as I remember, I stalked her for quite a while and had no doubts that she could see through walls.
I can't remember how long she was stuck there, but I know that when an admin finally appeared, she was indeed tp'd, but to jail.
This is an outright lie, I tp'd her free and went on with my day. I've jailed her much later, when the logs started showing interesting diamond digs.

Did you add that in thinking it would loosen up the admins? When I see people adding in shit like "This server is so amazing everyone is the greatest you are my gods so I hope you'll unban my friend" it really boils my blood.

If this is really the caze your judgement is absolutely terrible, you should not be banning people. She has never used any kind of hack, mod or texture pack in her history of playing minecraft.
I can't remember how long she was stuck there, but I know that when an admin finally appeared, she was indeed tp'd, but to jail.

I can't tell you how sorry I am for this, I didn't really put alot of time into investigating what had really happened to her. Everything in the this text was simply taken from my memory, I just remembered seeing her in that wall, and her telling me she was banned when I was going to come to spawn and get her. I just filled in what seemed to be the obvious hole. I was fairly certain someone had found her there and assumed she had used some kind of hack to get into that inaccesible spot at spawn and therefore jailed her as this was the only thing i could think of that she could possibly have been banned for. Anyways, the fact that you can be banned simply by being a bit lucky and finding a few diamonds is just a bit hard for me to believe. How many diamonds are we talking? I have personally had finds of up to 20 diamonds in less than 5 minutes in some cave systems. Lucky finds shouldn't get you banned, real x-ray tunnels and anti x-ray plugins should.

I wouldn't have been polite in my text if i knew it made people angry. I am sorry for not typing shit about the server & admins.

Getting lucky is one thing, digging twisted unlit tunnels straight to diamonds is another. There are regulars here on simpvp, who dig insane amounts of diamonds yet leave no trace of doubt that they do it legit.

I must admit, I enjoy this strategy of waiting months before posting an appeal. In my opinion, if she was innocent, she would have appealed right away instead of waiting for it all to blow over.

One more quite important thing you forgot to mention - blodys is an alt account of someone... I think Yukar should check the IP address if possible.

I have no idea what those tunnels looked like, but it shouldn't be hard to see the difference between hers and x-ray tunnels.

There is no strategy, as I mentioned earlier we didn't really care back then and went off to play on other servers, I came back to this one after a while as I found it was pretty much one of a kind with no map resets or plugins. I wrote this cause I wanted her to be able to play with us again on this server as we have buildt quite alot.

OK..... Go home Gnatogryz, you're drunk.
