I wonder whether these people should be banned because they say they hack. I suppose we shouldn't take chances.

I say ban them, and if they post an appeal, unban. 99% of them won't appeal tho.

Definitely ban. Also the kid is from '99, he'd probably just be annoying.

We should not stopp banning those people. If they really did nothing they may appeal and be unbanned...
