Hello. My username is Modded_Mercenary.
I was jailed for "FlyMod"
Out of honesty, I admit to this hack. I never use my hacks, or never have them active. Until this one time. I dug underground and found myself lingering in a pit that was full of chests. Looked like someone used WE to get them all. It was soooooo laggy. I needed my fly to get out of it. That was special circumstances, and will NEVER happen again. I promise you that. Please accept this apology. I admitted to my jail reason, but I would really like another chance. Please give me that. You will never see me act up like that ever again. I am really sorry, and want another chance. I will not do wrong ever again. I've been on this server nearly a year, and dont want to ruin it. Thank you guys, and please accept my appeal. :D

What is so hard in not using flymods on a server that doesn't allow them...

Great apology, but we don't tolerate hacking, no matter what. So I suggest you go find a new server.

What I don't understand is why he's been with us for a year and still can't understand the no tolerance policy.

I would like to note that we've suspected him of cheating over a longer period of time, this was just the first time he caught him doing it.

I was there (on my laptop) and I couldn't feel any lag, nor have I ever heard of chests causing lag, nor do I understand why flying would provide a benefit over a staircase (he was underground and was digging straight up,) nor do I understand why not just set render distance to tiny.

Modded_Mercenary is definitely an x-rayer too.

I'd get warnings from him all the time when he was on, I definitely believe he's been doing this more than just this one time. He's been lucky to not have been caught up until now, probably figured he could keep getting away with it.
