This is in regards to the banning of Poppin_Fresh from the Simplicitypvp Server. Poppin_Fresh is my alt account, and I was wrongfully accused and banned for using an x-ray. I'm doubtful that anyone reading this is going to believe my words that I am innocent, but I will try to defend my honor.
Within the last two days as Poppin_Fresh I was branch mining for diamonds in a set up of either: tunneling straight in every other row for a distance of time, doing the same thing but digging away all the dirt/gravel or randomly digging because I was getting fed up of not finding diamonds.
I then began to find diamonds and in one case I had even quoted in chat that I found two ores in dirt, and my brother was saying I wouldn't find any. So if randomly digging in directions from anger of not finding diamond ore and digging away the dirt&gravel from branch mining gets you banned then I don't want to live on this planet anymore.
If you had seen the structures, projects, equipment, and distance I had to travel to get to my base, let alone time invested into this server, then why the (excuse my language) FUCK, would I x-ray just for a few diamond blocks? Hell, I even greet most people to the server and give them food and tell them to read the rules. I'm a nice guy, and follow the rules of the server as an example to others. I don't blame the admins for doing their civil duty to the server, and I even commend their performance, but banning me isn't an accurate use of their powers. I could leave the server over this, but I'm deciding to stay because this is genuinely a great server. I can beg and plead all I want, but ultimately it's up to you to decide.

You have been rused by a MASTER RUSEMAN GRADE 3 my good sir, you should probably think before you openly insult someone with close to 2000 posts on your own unban appeal.

This shows me that you are most likely short tempered and pounce upon any chance to get back at someone who has wronged you. The smart thing to do would have been to ignore the remark, but NOOO you had to go all sterotype on me and be a jewloving nigger.

I played with HughR/poppin_fresh when he first joined and have continued to play with him since. During all of the times I have mined with him I have never once seen anything remotely suspicious, and I am the type of person to look for it. He is a genuinely nice person, greeting anyone who joins and helps new players (probably more than he should). I was surprised by his reply to LoneSoldier (though it seemed on the comical side) as he is the nicest person I have met on the server. I cannot imagine him using an x-ray mod, and I am sure many other players would say the same thing. Especially after getting as far as he is now, I doubt he would be stupid enough to use x-ray for some measly diamonds...
