People who can stand around in Protection IV armor,
Good at building:
Someone who ideally follows your instructions to the letter but usually they just fuck off and make their own shit which has nothing to do with the base.

And once pip is killed and lava-ed for eternal death and the empire base greifed who ever wants to leave can leave, this is just a temp alliance for the war
