Apparently a ton of relatively new players (only a few months old) don't know that the forums even exist. Perhaps a more noticeable message upon login, or one that points more clearly to the website having forums and suggesting its visitation?

Can't we make it so there's a delay on when the player gets a message? For example the message pop outs for a player after 24 hours of gameplay on the server.

Nah, most people wouldn't spam the forums with shit without first asking in game, and promptly being shown the /op command.
