Apology for xraying and acting like a jackass

The title gives a pretty good point on what I am here for. I was Xraying for a stupid reason that holds no merit, and i joined this server to have fun with some friends. I would like to be unjailed, yet I doubt that it will happen due to the nature of what i did, and how i followed it.
TL;DR I'm sorry, I won't pull my bullshit again. Could i be unjailed to have fun with friends?

Jail is permanent. You broke the zero tolerance rule; x-raying. So you will be jailed forever.

It wasnt, but we found a new server. So he can be mad on his own island

Yes, seeing as we have one rule and he failed to follow it. If he can't follow simple instructions then it's good that he's found somewhere else to spread his lack of reasoning.

I don't really believe in these threads either, even if people present themselves as friendly they only do so because they hope that being all sorry and understanding what they did wrong will rile up some kind of empathy, would never trust these people with a second chance.
