Mumble server

We have a public mumble server running on mumble.simpvp.net default port (64738).
Mumble is a voice chat program similar to TeamSpeak and Ventrilo. You can download mumble at
http://wiki.mumble.info/wiki/Main_Page

Mumble is a VON software like Teamspeak.

I propose we not allow silent players from listening in and never talking on the mumble server. It's insanely creepy and shit
