You mean not everyone can understand the basic concept of sharing files?
You do not have to be technologically inclined in order to come to the conclusion that the file can't be on your hard drive for other people to view it.

Joefly, the best way to show us the picture is to use a file sharing website like imgur. You have to make an account, then drag the file from your hard drive into the upload box. Then you set the image to public, and post the link to it here. I'm not explaining it in a very detailed way, but it's fairly intuitive if you go to the website.
