Fun with Math

Lyser is willing to pay someone 1 diamond per hour for coding work.

Lyser can either work one hour at his job (unionized waste receptable inspector, 1st grade) and earn 2 €, or he can mine for diamonds.

Therefore, the opportunity cost of not doing the work himself and mining for diamonds instead to pay someone else is as follows:

1                          2 € / hour
4                          0.50 € / hour
10                         0.20 € / hour
