A strong, homogeneous culture / country with a strong tradition of self-defense and nationlism is hard to manipulate.
Hitler was right about the banks. He was a simpleton rascist idiot, but he was right about the banks.
Search for countries and leaders who have advocated nationalized banking not tied to the international banking syndicate. Hint: they tend to get invaded or assassinated. Bonus points: count the American presidents who have advocated the same, then count how many of them were shot by "radicals" or "lone gunmen".
