Un-Ban Request

Hi Yukar and Friends,
I would like to request the account Scott_Bradford be unbanned. The account was banned i think over two years ago. The reason for the ban was flying. In fact the reason why there was flying, was a modded client called Nodus. This account was logged into on a friend's computer that has the modded client and they thought they would be cool and show off their 1337 haxor skills to my brother and other idiot younglings(He was 14). The following day the account was banned for flying. I am sorry that that this has occurred and under my control it will not happen again. I have taken possession of the account and changed the password. I would like to use it since I enjoyed this server. I saw that there has been an update to the Ban policy, and I'm hoping you will consider my request.
Please consider my request as I am not a cheater and my brother has moved on from playing minecraft and will not be using the account. He probably doesn't even remember this server.
