Hey I was wondering what simpvp's policy on world downloads is. I wanted to take a world download of my base so in case it got griefed I could still visit it offline for nostalgia purposes, but I wanted to make sure im not doing anything illegal. Are there any approved plugins for doing something like this?

I just asked all the admins about this a few weeks ago and was surprised to find they allow it

That is correct. World downloading is allowed, but obviously using it to "xray" will still get you banned.
