Ban Appeal

Hello so yesterday I joined the server for the first time, set up a base and logged off. When I tried to log on in the morning it says that I am banned and the reason is that I am banned by operator. I have not broken any of the 3 rules so please unban me, this is probably just a mistake right? What are the steps I need to take to get unbanned?
My IGN is Nherio and I got banned about 10 hours ago I think

Edit: So after talking to some people in a SimPvP discord, I mostly got trolled lol but some useful information i got from it was that the admins think i am "ban evading". My reason for joining on an alt for about 30 seconds was to just do /captcha so I could sign up to the forums to appeal. The alts ign was MBD_87

Edit 2: So OstRich1414 thinks I am part of the 2b2t trolling group Allah Clan. How do I prove I am not? This was my reason for being banned btw
