Why I Believe the Cavehoe Situation Deserves a 2nd Look

Since nobody is going to put actual effort into a post and is just going to insult Yukarion instead of explaining their reasoning, I'll do my best.
To summarize what happened: A few months back cavehoe leaked nude images of a player who I will not name onto a Sim-related discord. This clearly and decisively violates Rule 3 in every regard, both by leaking images of a player without their permission and the sensitive nature of what was leaked. For the record, yes this player's face was known already and revealed by them already, but they had certainly not posted nude photographs of themselves on any discord or had a "nude reveal" at any time.
After an admin investigation it was determined that cavehoe would be warned and forced to apologize. As my knowledge of it goes, Yukarion voted to warn him, ostrich1414 voted to ban him, and DakkaDok either abstained or voted to pardon him without full knowledge of the situation.
Yukarion has a view that Rule 3 should rarely result in a ban, and I agree with it in principle as it's something that can honestly be violated accidentally. It makes sense that slipping up and saying a friend's real name wouldn't get them banned outright, or accidentally sending a photo of them somewhere. I get that logic. There are also plenty of cases where minor incidents occur that break the rule but not in an extreme way. Having warnings is sensible.
The problem is that while Rule 3 SHOULD rarely result in a ban, it's also rarely ever broken to this extent. To be quite frank, I'm not certain the rule can be violated in any more severe of a manner than this without outright physical harm towards another player or in-person threats.
I don't believe an argument can be made that they didn't know what they were doing. You don't post nude photos of someone without their permission without knowing the damage that will cause them, whether it's at school, facebook, pornhub, or on a Minecraft server.
When you couple this with the fact that the action taken was quite literally a crime, exposing minors to nude images of an adult is illegal, they put the community discord servers at risk by doing it.
I also feel given the alleged atrocious behavior of cavehoe through private DMs to other players over discord including implied threats as well as graphic images being spammed into their message history, that they're unremorseful and are still actively violating the spirit of the rule.
There is an opportunity for another investigation in the future. Given that DakkaDok abstained/didn't know the situation, the vote was effectively a 1-1 tie with Yukarion being the owner outweighing ostrich1414. If/when new admin(s) are appointed, hold another vote. Do another, proper, investigation. Consult both cavehoe and the victim, as well as the community.
If this isn't the time to enforce Rule 3, when is? A straight up ban isn't even necessary, but being let off with a warning given the severity of the actions taken just feels far too light.
I don't particularly like or dislike either party involved in this. I simply dislike that an extreme violation of a player's privacy was given only a few hours of discussion between the admin team at the time. Yes, Rule 3 is hard to enforce Yukar, there are loopholes and cracks and ways around it. There's nothing preventing someone who is punished from taking their rage out on players over discord. But doing nothing simply condones the behavior.
Edit: Photos were not leaked, but detailed videos. Honestly, it's still bad.
I hope people can actually add to this discussion without it devolving. Given the previous two posts, I doubt that. This is just my opinion, and it shouldn't be taken as a request or a demand (hence why it's not in suggestions).

The primary issue is that other nudes of this person in question were already public, just not the detailed videos posted by cavehoe. These videos were given to him without the intent that they would be distributed, unlike the other images.
