Restore North Koria with the new policy

This is going to be a shitpost but I hope since it has some effort put into it, it will be moved somewhere it's meant to be or simply left up rather than locked or deleted
In mid 2019, ostrich1414 decided to grief my base, North Koria, after obtaining the coords through unknown means. While he claims to have "found" it, I believe he actually used a keyboard logger to monitor my inputs and determine the coords this way. I have no evidence of this of course, but it's a suspicion I've had for many minutes.
Now I will convince you all why North Koria should be restored. Ever since February 28th, 2020 reports of ostrich1414 FLYHACKING have shot up, as well as reports of him randomly appearing at bases he doesn't have the coords to in GODMODE. Simply put, ostrich1414 started hacking in February of 2020 and I believe his hacking began loooong before.
The suspicious nature in which he acquired North Koria's coordinates as well as the fact that he's been seen routinely hacking since and has somehow avoided punishment from the admins has led me to request North Koria be restored. I am also requesting ostrich1414 be banned.
If ostrich1414 was willing to cheat throughout all of 2020 and 2021, how are we supposed to believe he hasn't been doing it THE WHOLE TIME since he joined in 2013? Simply put, he has been exposed already thanks to my ingenious detective work and all of his actions should be reversed.
