I was banned for fly hacking I did not fly hack I used a mod so i could go the same or faster to sprint without losing hunger for about 30 seconds I guess this was wrong. Thank you for your time.

You were exceeding vanilla speeds while moving - fly and speed are often used interchangeably here.
The jail will presumably last for at least a year.
