I put in spleef courts at PVP Castle. I've never actualy played but as I understand it the object of the game is to knock out blocks from the floor untill the other player falls. (Please post any further rules if you know them)

I believe it's suppose to be 32x32, but I'm not sure. and I can't seem to find it, where exactly are the arenas?

They are on 6th or 7th floor. 2nd to the top. I have a small rectangle field and a small circle field. It's up to the players to fill in the field with what ever breakables they want to use. It's deffinately not 32x32 but i couldn't find any "official" rules or building sizes.

I remember when we even had spleef.
