So, I've decided to build a new fortress in the nether after it resets, and so I'll be selling my fortress at x:250 z:1300 (you know, this one)

The actual fortress is 40x40 and has two floors that are each 3 blocks high. There are 20 layers of lava on all sides, and it has yet to be breached (it was only breached once because one of my allies forgot to close the door to it; but it's entirely cleared now and I don't let anybody but me in anymore).

The fortress is easily accessible through a nether portal in it, the portal works in such a manner that if the portal in the fortress is activated, the portal in the nether will connect to the portal in the fortress, making going in and out incredibly easy. But if the portal in the fortress is off, then the portal in the nether will connect with a portal up in the lava above the fortress, killing whomever goes in. This means that while you keep the portal in the fortress off, it's impossible to get in to the fortress through the nether.

I will be willing to give a complete tour of the fortress to any would-be buyer.

I will accept payment in form of diamonds, a combination of diamonds and cobble, or a either combined with helping me build my new fortress. Exact price will be agreed on depending on interest/offers in the place.

That's so cheap you guys, I'd say it's real value is at least half a stack of diamonds. I'm not buying it but I've been in it, so yeah.
