If somebody combatlogs in spawn, you can request for an admin to place lava where they logged out, but that's all the punishment there will be. This will allow for combatloggers to be dealt with in the same manner they can be dealt with outside spawn.

So can I only place lava under combatloggers around spawn or all around the map?

any one can do it outside of spawn you don't do it for people outside the protected area

Uh, long before Dec 17 I remember jailing 2 combat loggers under the old rule (they were more than amply warned and laughed at the jail). Could somebody unban those people? Forgot their usernames...
