Who is Nema Tode

I was walking through the desert the other day and I found a griefed fortress. A sign was up that said "Nema Tode Loves You". I didn't recognize the name so I was just wondering who the player was.

Don't know why he's not banned... when he griefed me i was told that people on nemas team were x-raying.
