So I got left in gamemode1 and I walked back to spawn and was about to fly back onto the roof thingie and log out, and now I'm permajailed????!!!!

But from the logs I can see you were flying around jail, while you weren't OP. I admit it was my mistake I didn't set you back to gamemode 0, I didn't think about the fact that you could've logged out in gamemode 1. Regardless flying around spawn isn't appropriate, I'll have to think about what to do with this.
