Limit Compromise

A simple tolling system completely ruins the point of the world boundary because paying a small sum of diamonds doesn't increase PvP in any way. There's a way around this though, that would not only increase PvP but give people a way to leave the world boundary.
Every time you win CTS, you will have the option of taking the reward or ice blocks. If you win with only your name on the sign, you will get 5 ice blocks. If it has 2 names on the sign, you get 4, etc. If there are 5 or more names on the sign than you only get one ice block.
I suggest a tolling system that requires
5 ice blocks to leave the boundary. By making people have to play CTS to leave the boundary, there is more PvP and people have a chance at leaving the boundary.

Or everyone uses silk touch to get 10 ice blocks and No-one stays inside the limit.

10 ice blocks? That means you'd have to win by yourself twice. This would make leaving the limit less a possibility, and more a case of "VIP section". I'm against this. The reason why I felt the toll with diamonds or other resources was a better idea is because ANYONE could get it. This would only help those with the best gear/connection.

Hi. Check the wiki for Silk Touch. You can't get Ice without spawning it in.

Anyone can win CTS- Most people who can walk out 5k already have the gear. I'm not saying that it can only be 10 ice blocks and nothing else.

This just seems stupid as fuck. No offense, but really. Only available people who can attend such events. Only people with the best gear and shit can win. And the ones that win pvp events probably won't be the ones wanting to leave this "pvp increasing boundary".

Youngs. Once a week. The person would need to win siglehandedly at least twice, more times if in a team. And this is like telling a pilot to captain a ship across an ocean to get to his airport.
