I don't understand console haters. At least when you use a console you know a game will run as well for you as it does for every one. None of this "my game stopped working for me at 1.8" bull shit.

xbox live is bull shit though. I think paying for internet is enough without an extra fee to allow me to play games over my already paid for internet. and why the fuck does my spell check tell me i'm misspelling internet? is inter-net? huh i guess so.

Paying for live is pretty shitty, but tell me about one other part that it is.

Reasons to hate consoles:

1) Once they break, there's almost no self-repair unless you bring it to the store, which will cetainly cause you about three quaters the price of a brand new console.
2) Any game made for a console has extremely difinitive limits. Such as:
a) The amount of memory you can fit on one disk.
b) The hardware on the console.
c) Other capabillites of the console itself

3) Consoles have reasonably-well understandable mechanics and are easy to play on, therefore the multiplayer aspect of the games are plauged with little children.
4) You usually have to pay an additional fee to game online with other players, in addition to already having internet connection.
5) It kind of depends on how your fingers are hard-wired, but I find console controls and aiming exremely difficult using thumbs. Also, sensitivity can be difficult to adjust, and players almost always have auto-aim on.

Reasons to Love Consoles:
1) Usually easy to play, fast and relaibable gaming.
2) Wide selection of games avalible.
3) Games are garunteed to work.

Reasons to Love PC:
1) Can act more than a gaming machine, keep easy tabs on friends, virtual download software
2) Games have nearly no limitations besides currently avalible technology on the market, which almost always improves on a monthly basis.
3) Games can easily be modified to create entirely different expereinces
4) If your PC cannot run a game very well, it is easy to buy the correct parts needed to give it an upper hand instead of buying an entire new setup.

Reasons to Hate PC:
1) PC's are usually not very self-explanatory, or other software on the PC may stop an expereinced user from doing what He/She intends to do.
2) Games can be accidentally deleted from the drive or tampered with, but this can be solved by re-install.

hating consoles 1; I'm not too keen on newer stuff but i kept my playstation running by fixing and replacing parts. the final playstaion was made of 3 broken ones. 4; Does PS3 charge for multiplayer online? I'm only familiar with wii and xbox. 5; I hate the keyboard as a game controller but the mouse does have better aiming than thumb stick although it has other failings like not being able to tun continuously by holding the control to one side. Of coarse it's always better to have a mouse in cursor situations.
love PC 3; this is a reson i hate PCs too many cheaters and a feeling of being cheated out on your version when you find out someone can do much cooler stuff with their version. I feel this way about console downloads too. I missed out on two downloadable maps for halo 2 and now i'm stuck feeling like i have an incomplete game.
Hate PCs 1; This is a huge point! Sometimes you just can't figure out why some thing won't work

I'd also like to add on that a lot of games with potential get grinded down in order to fit consoles, like Crysis 2 for example.
