Everyone told me to post here. I have kind of become a regular. Let me know if i should post what I lost or not. I do not care about most of it.

I died in an empty tunnel and my stuff went poof even tho I was back to the place in 1 minute. There was some strange server lag going on at the time, but I am not sure that was it. I was just trying to get my stuff restored.
