Pie-Ray will probably never be allowed. I wouldn't consider it a vanilla feature, it's more of an exploit/oversight. Even if the developers did fully intend for it to be in the game I still wouldn't want it enabled since it is basically just xray.

Did you let them play on your computer or did they have their own?

Are you saying that people that you don't know about played sim from your location? Or do you know who this person/people were?

I assume this is a way to duplicate blocks like sand and gravel right? That isn't allowed
