I get the logic behind worldediting bases to new coords, and it's definitely a problem that cheaters can easily leak coords to illegitimately found bases. I've suggested this before, but automatically deleting chunks that were only loaded for short periods of time (such as when you are traveling) would go a long way to prevent subtle cheating.
